Code of Conduct for ECSPEC ISSH-T

We are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for all participants, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, physical appearance, disability, age, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment or any degrading behavior toward individuals in any form. This Code of Conduct will be strictly enforced.

Who Does This Code Apply To?

This Code of Conduct applies to all participants, including organizers, speakers, and attendees of the ECSPEC ISSH-T events. All individuals involved in organizing and participating in the event must adhere to these standards. By submitting proposals or participating, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct.

Expectations of Behavior

  • Treat all participants with respect and courtesy.
  • Be inclusive and supportive, valuing diverse perspectives.
  • Avoid any form of harassment, intimidation, or discrimination.
  • Report any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct to the event organizers.

Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness harassment or have any concerns, please report it immediately. You can contact any event organizer directly or reach out to the ECSPEC ISSH-T administration at web@egspec.org. All reports will be treated confidentially.

Local Event Organizers

Local organizers are encouraged to implement and enforce a Code of Conduct for their events. Resources and templates for creating an effective Code of Conduct can be found at confcodeofconduct.com.
